Homes and health change over time. Membership brings Dr. L'HommeDieu back every year, with every deep dive included and three check-ins in between.
Membership is available after you have had one of our core assessments.

- You have had one of our core assessments and want the home re-checked as needs change.
- Someone in the home depends on power for medical equipment and needs a plan every season.
- Family lives at a distance and wants regular check-ins.
- You want to be first in line when something changes.
What happens
Membership is only available after you have had one of our core assessments: a Home Safety Visit, Ready for Discharge, or Right Home. Once your assessment is done, Dr. L'HommeDieu sets up Membership with you. From there, we schedule the year with you: one in-home visit with your full written report, and three short telehealth check-ins between visits, plus priority scheduling.
Monthly memberships require a 12-month commitment. Annual memberships are paid once per year. See membership terms.

Common questions
How do I join?
Membership is only available after you have had one of our core assessments: a Home Safety Visit, Ready for Discharge, or Right Home. Once your assessment is done, Dr. L'HommeDieu sets up Membership with you. There is no discount or credit toward Membership.
Can I cancel?
Annual memberships are paid once per year. Monthly memberships require a 12-month commitment. The details are in our membership terms.
Is Membership available by video?
No. Membership includes a yearly in-home visit, so it is only for homes inside our in-person service area. The three check-ins are by video.
