30-minute phone call. $50, credited toward any visit within 30 days.
What happens after you book
Pick a 30-minute time and provide your credit card
Nothing is charged until after the call, unless the cancellation or no-show policy applies.
Dr. L'HommeDieu calls you at that time
Family can join, and more than one number is fine.
If a visit makes sense, all stakeholders will discuss which service is best and Dr. L'HommeDieu schedules it with you on the call
Your $50 is credited toward it. If you do not need a visit, he will tell you honestly.
What it is
- A 30 minute phone call with Russ L'HommeDieu, DPT, ATP, CFPS
- A conversation about the person, the home, the people who help, and what worries you
- A clear recommendation for the right next step, or an honest answer that you do not need one
- Open to the person themselves, family members, and caregivers; more than one person can join
- $50, credited toward any visit you book within 30 days
- No obligation to book anything else
What it is not
- Not a home assessment. We do not see the home, so there is no photo report, hazard list, or readiness rating. Those come with a visit.
- Not a medical visit. There is no examination, diagnosis, treatment, or physical therapy, and it does not replace your doctor or therapist.
- Paid directly. Our home safety consultations are not a Medicare-covered service, so we charge you directly. If you need physical therapy treatment, we'll help you find a Medicare provider.
- Not a delay for urgent discharges. If someone is leaving the hospital or rehab soon, book the earliest time you see. We schedule the discharge visit on that call.
- Not for emergencies. If someone has fallen and is hurt, call 911.
The call is worth it, even if you stop there
There is no obligation to book anything else. You leave the call with real answers.
On the $50 call
- A physical therapist listens to your concerns about the person and the home
- Answers to your questions and practical advice, as time allows
- An honest recommendation on what to do next, including when you do not need a visit

- A full assessment and a comprehensive written analysis
- A prioritized plan you can act on
Please keep health details out of the booking form. We only need your name, how to reach you, and the ZIP code of the home. We collect clinical information later, in our secure portal.
