We serve people with low vision, limited mobility, and hearing loss. Our website should work for them too.
We design this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes:
- Body text of at least 18 pixels, in Open Sans, a clean and highly readable typeface
- A text size control at the top of every page
- Large buttons and tap targets, and a tap-to-call phone number on every page
- Full keyboard access with a clearly visible focus outline
- No pop-ups, auto-playing media, or rotating carousels
- Colors that never carry meaning alone; ratings always include words and symbols
- Animation that turns off when your device asks for reduced motion
